1. CBI will not sell, share, or otherwise distribute its list or names of Survey customers.
2. CBI will not directly authorize third parties to market ancillary products or services to Survey respondents/customers.
3. All Survey data is aggregated for purposes of protecting the anonymity of individual Survey respondents.
4. Contact information and survey data are maintained in separate data bases on a secure server. CBI shall use reasonable diligent efforts to ensure data base and server security.
5. All data is transmitted over a secure connection. CBI shall use reasonable diligent efforts to ensure data transmission security.

CBI reserves the right to call Survey respondents to query Survey results that appear to be incorrect or inconsistent. CBI will, on request, provide information about its foreign exchange, money market products, and treasury consulting services to Survey respondents.
