CB Intelligence Inc. is a Canadian company that is owned and managed by three principals:

R.S. (Dick) Clark, FCA

Dick Clark is a chartered accountant with thirty years of manufacturing, distribution, and advertising industry experience. Dick is a past Vice President, Planning & Finance of a midsized Canadian public company and has held a variety of senior marketing and general management positions in both Canada and the United States. He is a former ICAO council member, a well known business author and seminar speaker, and is a three time winner of the CA Magazine’s Walter J MacDonald award.

Dick Clark is CBI’s President and is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations.

Jack Ostroff, CA

Jack Ostroff is a chartered accountant with twenty-five years of experience in public practice and treasury management. Jack is the President of Genus Financial Corporation and CEO of Corporate Treasury Services Inc. Both companies provide treasury management services to mid sized and large Canadian corporations. Corporate Treasury Services offers its clients a fixed rate foreign exchange program and secure money market investments. Genus provides treasury consulting, foreign exchange, debt financing, as well as bank fee negotiating programs.

Jack Ostroff’s primary responsibility within CBI is the administration of CBI’s complimentary treasury management programs and the development of new business initiatives for the company.
